Staying Lean

I'm making a note to stay very lean this offseason. I don't want to go above 6%.

Some people ask me why.

Well, it will make next year's contest just THAT much easier.

Plus it helps get me clients!

And I AM making gains. Most notably in my lower back, chest and bis.

I agree with you. You can stay lean and gain body mass.

Not sure why so many people say this isn't doable.

You had an earlier post about sleep as well. Although I would love to get 8 hours sleep it's just not happening anymore between work, at home business and a almost 2 year old.
